All garments by Keta Gutmane are carefully designed and produced in Riga, Latvia, using quality fabrics and processing. Items in stock will be shipped out within 1-3 days of receiving payment for the item. We will keep you updated via email on the progress and details of the order.

Pre-Order

Please allow us 25–30 days to ship custom-made orders of items that are not currently in stock. Pre-ordered items are paid for at the time you place your order.

Shipping

Here at Keta Gutmane, we try to ship your order in the shortest possible time. Please place your orders with enough lead time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time. We cannot be responsible for this. If your order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified at the time the order is placed, we will notify you via email and try to fix the situation as fast as possible.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes. If you have ordered several items at the same time, the products may be delivered at different times.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's expense. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Our payment providers are Stripe and Paypal, which accept:

We accept payments through the website www.ketagutmane.com only for customers, with billing and shipping addresses in the countries available for selection on the website menu.

The seller will accept an order only after the specific payment option is fully completed.

All prices are stated in euros and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges (if applicable).

Refusal of transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time at our sole discretion.

Please note that we cannot accept an order if we cannot get authorization for your payment.

Refunds & returns

We accept items in their original condition, not worn, used, washed, unaltered, or damaged, for a full refund for item(s) unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels and tags attached and in the original packaging. When trying clothes on, do ensure you handle them with care, do not use unnecessary force, and make sure you are not wearing perfume, make-up, or deodorant, which can leave a scent or mark on the item. We will not accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Items that were purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you have changed your mind and wish to make a return for a refund or exchange, you can do a return within 14 days of receiving your order from us. The 14 days begin to run on the day after the day on which you receive the products in respect of the relevant order. Returns outside of these timeframes will not be accepted. The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. All successfully returned items will only be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties, or shipping charges incurred. This can take up to 5–10 business days.

All content available on the website and the shop, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, and videos, is the property of Keta Gutmane and is protected by Latvian and international copyright laws.

None of the content of the website and the shop may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without keta gutmane’s prior written consent.
