Please allow us 25–30 days to ship custom-made orders of items that are not currently in stock. Pre-ordered items are paid for at the time you place your order.

Here at Keta Gutmane, we try to ship your order in the shortest possible time. Please place your orders with enough lead time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time. We cannot be responsible for this. If your order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified at the time the order is placed, we will notify you via email and try to fix the situation as fast as possible. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes. If you have ordered several items at the same time, the products may be delivered at different times.
